help on getting on client

Hello, im clown656, and i downloaded the Legacy-pk client, and when i try to open it up, it says "requesting title screen" for a second then goes to "connection error-retrying in 5" etc. and continues doing that, i would like help getting back onto this game. Someone please help me!!
